GEOFFREY BEENE WOMEN's SCENT DUE OUT SPRING 1998 as the fifth fragrance under the Geoffrey Beene brand, French Fragrances said. The scent will follow the 1997 introduction of Eau de Grey Flannel for men ("The Rose Sheet" Nov. 18, p. 1). Other fragrances marketed under the designer's name include Bowling Green (1987) and Grey Flannel (1976) for men. French Fragrances' other women's offering, Chance, debuted at a single Saks Fifth Avenue door in 1994.
