AVON TECHNIQUES TRI-NUTRIV "TREATMENT" PRODUCTS TARGET PROBLEM HAIR with five new formulas that "address specific problems" relating to the weather, the season or environmental factors, the company said. Available in February, the additions to the company's first hair care line tackle the specific effects that stress, frizz, split ends, post-color dryness, itchy scalp or sun exposure can have on hair, Avon said. The treatments will join the existing eight Techniques shampoos and conditioners and four styling products that debuted in July ("The Rose Sheet" May 5, 1997, p. 8).
