Manufactured by Holland, Ohio firm, products packaged in 800 mL bags for use in bag-in-box dispensers were distributed in Illinois. Separately, Qualis initiates Class III recall of Finast Acne Wash acne treatment with salicylic acid (packaged in 6 oz. containers, 12 per case, recall no. D-202-1) due to stainless steel sping pump discoloration. Des Moines, Iowa manufacturer initiated action by telephone April 6. Recall includes 2,592 containers distributed in New York
