Executive Summary
Sonus Pharmaceuticals and Nycomed Amersham signed a cross-licensing agreement pertaining to each other's ultrasound contrast agent patents. Sonus gets (uf)$10mm--$5mm in the third quarter of 1999 and $5mm in the fourth.
