Spanish generics company Invent Farma SL's three operating subsidiaries (Inke SA, Lesvi SL, and Qualigen SL) were acquired by funds advised by PE firm Apax Partners from Invent founder/owner Silfurberg (an investment company of the Fridrik Steinn Kristjansson family) and a consortium of Invent investors that included PE funds Framtakssjoour Islands (Enterprise Investment Fund) and Horn II.
