About five months after completing its IPO, Volcano Corp. (devices to diagnose and treat vascular and structural heart diseases) has netted $54.3mm with the public offering of 3.5mm common shares priced at $16.75 each. Current shareholders also sold 4mm common shares as part of the financing.
