In a stock-for-stock transaction worth £53.2mm ($85.3mm), public UK companies Sinclair Pharma PLC and IS Pharma PLC are merging to create a specialty pharmaceutical business that will have exposure throughout Europe. The firms hinted at a possible combination in February.
